BUCAL graduate ranks 7th place in LET
Bicol University College of Arts and Letters (BUCAL) Alumna and a Cum Laude graduate, Anna Veronica Belmonte settled in 7th place in Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) Secondary Level on June 2016.
The 22 year old from Nabua Camarines Sur graduated after taking up Bachelor of Arts in English Major.
“Being a teacher was my dream when I was in elementary but disappeared during high school and college days” Belmonte said.
She confessed that she had become indecisive when she was in high school thus she even chose different courses in every entrance examination she took back then.
However, through prayer and hardwork Belmonte assumed to pass but didn’t expect to be one of the top 10.
Her advice to aspiring teachers is,
“Love learning, even some subjects are baffling, take these like winning a computer game of defeating a monstrous creature” Belmonte’s message to aspiring students.
Moreover, Belmonte is now teaching Senior High School and College Students in AMA Computer Learning Center College in Iriga City, Camarines Sur.
